Soles of Duende is a multicultural, all-female percussive trio based in the rhythms of Tap, Flamenco and Kathak dance.
We arrived at House of Duende, East Harlem's soulful dance studio, with a single, transparent question: how do we find truth, connection, and storytelling through the rhythms of our respective cultures?
This birthed the fire that is Soles of Duende.
